From the 돼지국밥 (Dwaeji gukbap) is a regional specialty of Miryang, which is a pork soup served with rice. Near Yeongnamru Pavilion there is a traditional marketplace where this great dish is served.
From the entrance of the traditional market, you will be able to smell the pork broth brewed for hours and hours.
This restaurant is one of the most popular place in Miryang to taste its regional specialty. When you are in Gyeongsang region, you can see many dwaeji gukbap restaurants but there are three types.
1. Miryang has a really creamy colored broth.
2. Daegu has lots of meat and spices inside.
3. Busan has a clear color of the broth.
Price is \6,000 won for gukbap. You can choose what kinds of meats to be added to your gukbap.
It goes really well with kimchi as well.
